ABOUT

A homecoming to ancient wisdom.

For years, I felt unheard. The answers I received from my physician didn't fully reflect what my body was experiencing. So I made a quiet, radical choice—I decided to learn how to support my body naturally.

I returned to the Traditional Chinese Medicine food principles my grandmother had taught me years before. No expensive protocols. No exotic supplements. Just simple, time-tested wisdom passed down through generations.

Slowly, things shifted.

  • My eczema improved dramatically.
  • PCOS resolved
  • Period pain eased
  • Lost 30 pounds naturally
  • My energy returned — stronger and steadier than ever

I am trained in Dietary Therapy through the Academy of Healing Nutrition in New York, and I continue deepening my studies in Japan and Taiwan, focusing on traditional Eastern food therapy and its modern applications.

Today, I bridge two worlds:

The evidence-based principles of modern nutrition science, and the ancient food wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Not as a replacement for medicine.Ā But as a powerful complement to it.

We're living in a sea of conflicting health advice and quick-fix promises. It's exhausting. And for many women, it creates more confusion than clarity.

I believe healing does not have to be complicated, expensive, or restrictive.

I now guide the fundamentals most people were never shown:

  • How to read an ingredient label.
  • How to recognize real, natural food.
  • How to support digestion and circulation.
  • How to work with your cycle instead of fighting it.Ā

Love wine? Have a sweet tooth? Good. I'm not here to take that away. I create recipes with dates, organic honey, and monk fruit—because nourishment should feel like pleasure and enjoyment.

Within weeks, my clients often notice:

  • Steadier energy.
  • Less bloating
  • Deeper sleep
  • More comfortable cycles
  • Lighter weight
