ABOUT
A homecoming to ancient wisdom.
For years, I felt unheard. The answers I was getting from my physician didn't match what my body was telling me. So I made a quiet, radical choice—I decided to trust myself.
I returned to the Traditional Chinese Medicine food principles my grandmother had taught me years before. No exotic supplements. No expensive protocols. Just ancient wisdom, passed down through generations.
My eczema improved by 80%. The PCOS symptoms doctors said required surgery resolved on their own. Period pain disappeared. I released 30 pounds.
This wasn't a quick fix. It was a homecoming.
And now, I share these same principles with my clients—not as a replacement for Western medicine or medical advice, but as a path back to the wisdom our bodies already hold.
We're living in a sea of conflicting health advice and quick-fix promises. It's exhausting. And for most women, it leads to more confusion than clarity.
I've been there—lost in the noise, searching for answers that actually made sense in my body. I found my way through by bridging two worlds: the evidence-based principles of modern nutrition science, and the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine that my grandmother carried with her.
I don't believe healing has to be complicated. Or expensive. Or punishing.
I now get to teach the fundamentals nobody talks about: How to read an ingredient label. How to recognize what's actually food—and what's just chemicals dressed up in packaging. How to stop fighting your body and start working with it.
Love wine? Have a sweet tooth? Good. I'm not here to take that away. I create recipes with dates, honey, maple syrup, and monk fruit—because nourishment should feel like pleasure, not deprivation.
This isn't slow work. Within three to four weeks, my clients notice less bloating, deeper sleep, steadier energy. By week four, the weight begins to shift. Real results—without the side effects, the dependency, or the price tag of a "magic pill."
Food is medicine. Your cycle isn't an inconvenience—it's intelligence. Healing doesn't require suffering.
I'm here to help women come home to their bodies. To feel energized, to enjoy food again, and to trust what they already know. I look foward to supporting your journey to health & wellness!Â
