Meet Karen

Eight years ago, I was 30 pounds heavier, struggling with severe eczema that kept me awake at night, and facing a PCOS diagnosis that doctors said would require long-term medication.

I made a quiet, radical choice—I decided to learn how to support my body naturally. I returned to the Traditional Chinese Medicine food principles my grandmother taught me. No exotic supplements. No expensive protocols. Just ancient wisdom using everyday food.

My eczema improved by 80%. The PCOS resolved. The period pain disappeared. And I found my way back to my body.

Today, I guide other women to do the same.
