a former IT consultant turned nutritionist,
and the founder of Glow Within.

I used to be 35 pounds heavier… and here’s a photo of the younger me!
I used to think being fit is 100% genetic. Because I was working out every day, really hard. I also tried to avoid sugar and spent tons of money on juice cleanses and other diet meals. Unfortunately, none of them worked out and I gave up on losing weight.
One day, I started to have this terrible inflammation all over my body – rashes from head to toe!
