We offer freshly prepared, deeply nourishing meals designed to match your body’s needs at each stage of recovery:
Week 1: Hydration & Gentle Rebuilding – restore fluids, warm the digestion, and support tissue healing.
Week 2: Nutrient Replenishment – rebuild blood and energy with warming, strengthening foods.
Week 3: Lactation Support – promote healthy breast milk supply with specific milk-boosting ingredients.

As a trained TCM nutritionist through the Academy of Healing Nutrition in New York — and currently continuing my studies in Japan — I bring a unique blend of Eastern food therapy and modern nutrition to your table. Schedule a 30-minute consultation. This is where we’ll get to know your tastes and preferences.
Step 3: Custom Meal Plan
Receive a personalized meal plan tailored to your recovery needs. You’ll be able to review and request changes before delivery begins.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Meals!
Choose a 2- or 3-week plan with meals prepared 2–3 times weekly. Just reheat gently — we recommend a steamer for best results.
