11am-1pm
Cultivate Inner Glow • Nourish From Within • Learn the Gentle Art of Natural BeautyÂ
A Warm, Educational Evening for Women
Join Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Therapist Karen Jee for a two-hour, intimate session exploring how beauty is cultivated from within. Through food, warmth, and gentle ritual, you’ll learn how nourishment supports skin radiance, softness, and natural glow.
This is not a cooking class or restaurant tasting — it's a guided learning experience that introduces Eastern wisdom and the everyday foods that support inner balance and visible beauty.
What We'll Explore & Taste Together
Each tasting is paired with education — you’ll learn how specific ingredients and cooking methods support natural beauty from within, and how to apply these principles in your own kitchen.
- Rose & Lily Harmonizing Tea
- Snow Fungus Sweet Soup
- Lotus Root Circulation Plate
- Yin Beauty Pudding
These foods are thoughtfully crafted to support hydration, circulation, and digestion — key foundations for radiant skin and a natural glow.
Your Workshop Includes:
- Practical education rooted in TCM food therapy
- A guided sensory experience with traditional herbs & ingredients
- Curated food tastings to support the workshop theme
- Take-home recipes
- A custom tea bag to continue the ritual at home
