For Women Who Want Naturally Radiant Skin

Join Dietary Therapist Karen Jee for a two-hour, intimate session exploring the powerful connection between digestion and radiant skin.

Through gentle education, sensory ingredient exploration, and nourishing food tastings, you'll discover how foods and cooking methods can help the skin glow from within.

This is not a cooking class or restaurant tasting — it's a guided learning experience that introduces Eastern wisdom and practical ways to support your gut and skin through everyday meals.

What We'll Explore Together

Before tasting the dishes, you'll participate in a sensory ingredient exploration, touching and observing traditional ingredients used in Eastern dietary therapy such as:

  • Peach Gum
  • Snow Fungus
  • Lotus Seeds
  • Lily Bud
  • Job's Tears
  • Rose Petals

You'll then enjoy nourishing dishes prepared with these ingredients.

What We'll Taste Together

  • Rose & Lily Harmonizing Tea
  • Snow Fungus Hydration Soup
  • Lotus Root Circulation Plate
  • Black Sesame Glow Pudding

These foods are thoughtfully chosen to support the body's ability to digest, hydrate, and circulate nourishment — key foundations for healthy, radiant skin.

Rather than relying on quick beauty fixes, this workshop explores how strengthening digestion allows the body to naturally create lasting glow from within.

Limited to 8 participants to keep the experience intimate.

Your Workshop Includes:

  • Practical education rooted in traditional dietary therapy
  • A guided sensory experience with traditional herbs & ingredients
  • Curated food tastings to support the workshop theme
  • Take-home recipes
  • A custom tea bag to continue the ritual at home
